Either You're Changing It or Choosing It

What we don't change, we choose.
Period.
When we're feeling indecisive standing at a crossroads, that's a choice.
Even when we're stuck in the mud or drowning in the rapids, it's still a choice.
Continuing to spin our stories and stay in the space of victim or judge, or both, is a choice.
Owning that this is a choice comes with great power. When we can say, "I'm indecisive right now, or I'm stuck in this really hard thing right now, or I can see how I'm trapping myself as a victim in my stories...and I'm going to stay here with myself and see myself through no matter what it takes," now we step into our power. We find acceptance and take accountability for the choices we are making, and this is the space where we begin to liberate ourselves.
We observe the choices we are making with truth, love, and non-judgment, and we begin to empower ourselves to choose something different.
Feel it, when you say, "Today I'm going to take just one step, today I am going to take one action to clean the mud or calm the waters, today I'm going to begin to re-write the story."
Or maybe you need to say, "Today I am stuck and I'm going to choose to stay here until I feel a clear path out" and that's perfectly okay too.
None of us have all the right answers. None of us are here getting this 'being human' thing perfect. We're all learning and growing as we go, and we get to step into a deeper relationship with ourselves, our truth, power, and love, when we understand that...
What we don't change, we choose.
